Active Listening
Since we cannot always know whether people are truly listening or taking us seriously, Active Listening is a technique we could use to show others that we are paying attention to them without them having to ask or wonder.

Deep Listening: Dilemma Consultancy
A "Dilemma Consultancy" is a way to help you practice Deep Listening while within a group - making the whole group better able to listen, understand a situation, and come up with meaningful solutions.
Determining Needs
For students to learn how to use their Deep Listening skills to help resolve conflicts, they need to practice determining the needs of the people involved in the conflict to later help them communicate effectively with each other.
